Common Questions

How much is shipping?

Most orders are small and are mailed in a bubble envelope marked fragile through our local post office, which usually costs between $3.50-$3,95 so I charge a flat $4.00. If it costs more than this, I will cover it. As a thank you, shipping is free for orders with a pre-tax total of $25 or more.

What is the return/refund policy?

An item(s) may be returned at your expense if in new, resellable condition within 14 days for a refund of the item(s) (excluding the shipping cost) if you're not happy with your purchase. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the item(s).

Exceptions: Holiday items, custom orders, gift coupons, and sale/clearance items may not be returned or refunded. 

 

I have not had issues so far with items arriving damaged, as I package the order carefully and label it as fragile. I'm afraid I cannot be responsible if an item arrives with damaged packaging, resulting in your order being damaged. If it's fixable, please return it to me and I will gladly fix it for you and mail it back to you at no charge.

What are the payment options?

You can pay cash, card, and Venmo for local pick up, or online with Venmo, PayPal, credit card, or a T's Designs gift coupon. If you don't have a PayPal account, it is really easy and safe to set up. Venmo is owned by PayPal. If you're local, you can pay at time of pick up at our agreed upon time and location. 

What is my privacy/cookie policy?

I will not share or sell any information you provide on my website. Any cookies used are designed by Wix to enhance your experience while on my website. Wix is 100% commited to data protection.
